Sleeps up to 5 Bedroom 1 - Double bed, radio/teasmade. Bedroom 2 - 1 Single bed + a 3ft bed with a 2ft 8in guest bed under. These can be used a 2/3 singles or 1 single and 1 double. Bed Linen: Duvets are supplied (in protective covers) for all beds. Bed linen can be hired if required or bring your own duvet cover/ top and bottom sheets and pillow cases. Lounge - Colour TV with freeview and DVD player. Comfortably furnished. Shower room - shower - Sun King coloured suite and fully tiled throughout. Kitchen - Fully fitted with fridge/freezer, full sized cooker with double oven including grill, cooker hood, microwave with grill facility, toaster and filter coffee maker. Heating is by wall-mounted heaters. Slot meter for electricity. Double glazing throughout with patio doors. Conservatory with relaxing cane 3 piece suite, coffee table and independent lighting.
