The accommodation is a two bedroomed detached Cedar wood clad property, suitable for 4 people. It has a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with a full sized cooker, microwave – with grill, 'frig/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. It has a stainless steel 1.5 inset sink and unit and wall cupboards for storage.There is s/s cutlery and cooking utensils, matching crockery and oven to table wear. The Lounge/ Diner is fully carpeted with a dining unit and pine couch and chairs, coffee table, occasional tables, flat screen TV with DVD. There are two bedrooms, a double room with wardrobe, dressing table unit and the second bedroom, similarly furnished, with two single beds. The airing cupboard and immersion heater are in this room.The soft furnishings are colour co-ordinated. Duvets are supplied, in protective covers, for all beds. Guests are requested to bring their own bed linen(duvet covers/bottom sheets/pillowcase(2 per person). The compact bathroom has just been refurbished. It has a close coupled suite, washbasin and cupboard, wall mirror, shaving socket. The bath has a flexible shower hose and in addition there is an overbath electric shower. The property is all electric and guests pay for electricity via a meter. Heating is supplied by wall mounted therrmostatically controlled heaters plus an additional wall mounted log effect fire in the lounge and tubular heater in the bathroom. Double glazed throughout the views from the large lounge window take in the surrounding countryside. A bird bath and feeding station in front of this window attracts a variety of birds,a source of interest throughout the day. On fine days guests can set up the picnic table and chairs outside. Enjoy a BBQ from the brick built BBQ Cars are parked on the approach road in front of the property. Access from the road is a path with a handrail, but it has a steep incline which is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.
